Welcome! 

Thank you for your interest in becoming an EGIYE mentee.

EGIYE (এগিয়ে), meaning “moving forward,” is a women-led leadership circle connecting Bangladeshi women—across Bangladesh and the diaspora—through intentional, confidence - building mentorship.

EGIYE is for early- to mid-career Bangladeshi women who are ready to invest in their own development.

Women who:

• Are ambitious but seeking clearer direction

• Want guidance from women who have walked similar paths

• Value reflection and meaningful conversation

• Are ready to grow with intention

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You only need the willingness to engage.

The EGIYE Mentoring pilot cohort fees is BDT 9,999 (discounted from the regular price of BDT 14,999) for six months. For approx. BDT 1,667 per month receive

• lifetime EGIYE membership;

• two 1 hour sessions per month with a senior female mentor;

• resources and tools to support your learning journey;

• exclusive access to the EGIYE circle platform;

• invitations to EGIYE webinars/ networking events/ etc.).
