EGIYE (এগিয়ে), meaning “moving forward”, is a women-led leadership circle connecting Bangladeshi women—across Bangladesh and the diaspora—through intentional, confidence-building mentorship.
We bring together emerging professionals and experienced women leaders in meaningful one-to-one partnerships designed to build clarity, strengthen confidence, and support meaningful growth.

The EGIYE Mentorship Experience
Format: One-to-one mentoring with a carefully matched senior leader
Duration: 6 months
Engagement: Two 60-minute sessions per month
Matching: Thoughtful alignment based on goals, background, and aspirations
Structure: A clear framework with flexibility for real, meaningful conversations
You will be supported to reflect deeply, set meaningful goals, and navigate both professional and personal growth.

For approximately BDT 1,667 per month, you will receive:
