About EGIYE

EGIYE (এগিয়ে), meaning β€œmoving forward”, is the first of it’s kind women-led leadership circle connecting Bangladeshi womenβ€”across Bangladesh and the diasporaβ€”through intentional, confidence-building mentorship.

We bring together emerging professionals and experienced women leaders in meaningful one-to-one partnerships designed to build clarity, strengthen confidence, and support meaningful growth.

This is not casual advice β€” it is a curated leadership experience.

Why EGIYE exists

Many talented Bangladeshi women move forward without access to senior perspective, trusted conversation, or structured support.

EGIYE exists to change that - by creating space for women to reflect, grow and step into leadership with intention.

Who EGIYE is for

This is for you if you are:

  • Ambitious, but seeking greater clarity in your direction

  • Open to reflection and meaningful conversation

  • Ready to grow with intention

  • Looking for guidance from women who have walked similar paths

You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need the willingness to engage.
