EGIYE (ΰ¦ΰ¦ΰ¦Ώΰ¦―ΰ¦Όΰ§), meaning βmoving forward,β is the first of itβs kind women-led leadership development platform connecting Bangladeshi women across Bangladesh and the diaspora through mentorship, leadership training, and professional development.
We address a critical gap: while more women are entering professional roles, access to trusted mentors, senior guidance, and leadership pathways remains limited. EGIYE connects early- and mid-career women with experienced mentors through a structured, human-curated model designed to build confidence, clarity, and leadership capacity.
Beyond individual mentoring, EGIYE partners with organisations to develop and retain women leaders through tailored leadership training and professional development initiatives.

The EGIYE Mentorship Experience
Format: One-to-one mentoring with a carefully matched senior leader
Duration: 6 months (Private)
Engagement: Two 60-minute sessions per month
Matching: Thoughtful alignment based on goals, background, and aspirations
Structure: A clear framework with flexibility for real, meaningful conversations
