The EGIYE Mentorship Experience
Format: Group/ One-to-one mentoring with a carefully matched senior leader
Duration: 4 months (Group) or 6 months (Private)
Engagement: Two 60-minute sessions per month
Matching: Thoughtful alignment based on goals, background, and aspirations
Structure: A clear framework with flexibility for real, meaningful conversations
You will be supported to reflect deeply, set meaningful goals, and navigate both professional and personal growth.
